Links to Look At

This month has been brutal! It seems like it has gone on forever and to put the icing on the cake, we’ve been stuck inside this whole week with temperatures getting down to -54 degrees Fahrenheit with wind chill. We have never been so cooped up! The upside of that was some school days off I got to spend with B, which makes me just the happiest mama in the world. The #polarvortex seems to be moving out of our area but if you’re cooped up like me check out some of these links to get you through.

My mom just sent me this recipe today. It sounds so fancy but looks so easy! I can’t wait to try it out with one of the big pork shoulders have from our pigs.

Target has been nailing their graphic t shirt/sweatshirt selection lately. Totally ordering this one.

I’m so in love with this article. I have always felt this way, way before we even had Brooks or thought about having children.

Have kids? You may have heard about the National Kindness Challenge. Our school does it every year, and while there are many great books about kindness out there…trust me…this is one of the best.

I get the best book recommendations from this blog. I just finished this book per her request and true to her review, it is so good and sticks with you. Just love.

Being a teacher, I love a good reason to wear a themed outfit. I just ordered this and am considering this (on sale!). Both of these you can wear outside of Valentine’s Day and look super comfy.

That’s it for now, have a great weekend!
